In this position, you'll assess clients' fitness levels and develop personalized training programs while ensuring safe coaching. The ideal candidate will have some background in fitness instruction or training combined with outstanding customer service skills. All new employees begin with a probationary pay period lasting between 30 to 90 days. This allows both you and us to determine if we are well-matched, ensuring that our workplace is one where you can truly excel. Compensation- Probationary period pay ($18 - $28/hour) depending experience & credentials Responsibilities:

• Improve client fitness by customizing exercises to meet each person's unique needs and skills.
• Familiarize yourself with our thorough initial evaluation process so that you can customize the exercise prescription to meet your client's specific needs.
• Revise fitness plans based on clients' progress toward set goals
• Deliver effective personal training sessions by guiding clients in proper technique for all exercises, prioritizing their safety, and serving as a source of motivation throughout their journey.
• Commit to personal improvement through regular self-exercise, allowing you to evolve and grow as a coach.
• Aim to enroll in 2-4 new courses each year to ensure your continued employment and development.

Qualifications:

• Hold a bachelor's degree (preferably in a health-related field, though this is not required).
• Currently certified as a fitness instructor or personal trainer.
• Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills with clients and coworkers.
• Must have a strong focus on putting the guest first with exceptional customer service experience.
• Outstanding time management and organizational skills.
