The PLAN Peer Support Specialist Description: The PLAN Peer Support Specialist offers a unique, professional opportunity to work with individuals diagnosed with severe and persistent mental illness in a Clubhouse Work-Ordered Day program. People Living Active Now (PLAN) in Dallas is an accredited Clubhouse organization offering this excellent opportunity to assist members with coordinating their benefits, navigating Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, etc. and accessing other programs, as needed. This position is ideal for you if you have experience and are eager to give back to the community.
