Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Lead the patient services team to ensure timely, accurate, and caring meal delivery.

Oversee menu implementation based on patient needs, diet orders, and physician direction.

Recruit, train, and develop team members to provide outstanding service and support.

Ensure compliance with dietary restrictions and modified diets while honoring patient preferences.

Support and monitor achievement of patient satisfaction goals.

Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and accrediting regulations, including HIPAA and patient rights policies.

Participate in and lead patient satisfaction programs, department meetings, and hospital-wide quality initiatives.

Qualifications

Associate's degree with one (1) year of experience in food services or hospitality (restaurant management background strongly encouraged).

Bachelor's degree in Food Service Management, Hospitality, or related field preferred.

Prior experience in team leadership, customer service, and food operations required.

Experience in healthcare food service a plus training provided for the right hospitality leader.

ServSafe certification preferred.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic technology systems required.
