Job Description:

The Patient Advocate will be the first point of contact for prospective patients, providing them with information on procedures, answering questions, and guiding them through the patient intake process. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Educate potential patients about procedures, pricing, and treatment options.
• Manage patient inquiries via phone and email while maintaining detailed records in CRM systems.
• Schedule consultations and coordinate patient visits.
• Ensure data integrity and accurate documentation of patient information.
• Collaborate with medical and administrative teams to streamline processes.
• Meet and exceed patient engagement and scheduling goals.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in healthcare, sales, or a combination of both.
• Call center or healthcare call center experience is highly preferred.
• Ability to quickly learn medical terminology and explain procedures.
• Medical sales experience or background in MA, CNA, or PTA is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive patient interactions with empathy and professionalism.
• Self-motivated, organized, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Details:

• Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts between 7 AM – 5 PM
• Training: Two months of hands-on training, including shadowing and guided practice.
• Background check and drug screening required (excludes marijuana testing).
• Virtual interview process.
• Start Date: ASAP.
