We are looking for talented PASTRY COOK to join the team and further their experience. Candidates should have a strong work ethic, passion for seasonal Italian desserts and breads, and a willingness to constantly learn. Opportunities for growth are available within the company.

The Pastry Cook's responsibilities are to set up and prepare quality products in all areas of the Pastry department. Understanding and maintaining all standard pastry recipes. Assisting in producing and plating pastries and desserts and breads.

Requirements:
2 years of pastry / bread experience in fine dining. Knowledge of pastry preparation, presentation, and quality control.
Able to follow instructions as a member of the team
Able to participate as a collaborative member of the team
Reliable, hardworking, proactive & organized.
Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to ever-evolving situations.
Able to work independently, without constant supervision.
Flexible schedule, able to work nights, weekends, and some holidays
