Position Summary: The Cleaner is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and presentation of a high-end retail store. This role ensures the store environment reflects the brands luxury standards, creating an inviting and pristine atmosphere for clients and staff. The Cleaner must work with attention to detail, follow specialized cleaning protocols for premium surfaces and fixtures, and communicate effectively with the Lead Cleaner or store representative as needed. Key Responsibilities 1. Store Cleaning & MaintenancePerform daily and scheduled cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, restroom sanitation, and trash removal.Clean glass, mirrors, display cases, and fixtures to ensure a spotless, streak-free finish.Maintain the cleanliness of storage areas, backrooms, and staff areas.Follow care instructions for luxury materials such as marble, hardwood, leather, and specialty fabrics.2. Quality & PresentationEnsure all customer-facing areas are always immaculate and presentation-ready.Perform touch-ups throughout the shift to maintain store appearance.Assist in maintaining store cleanliness during and after events or peak hours.3. Communication & CoordinationCoordinate with the Lead Cleaner to review tasks, priorities, and any special cleaning needs.Report maintenance or repair needs promptly to the Lead Cleaner or store representative.Follow all company cleaning checklists and quality standards.4. Supplies & Equipment CareUse cleaning supplies and equipment according to safety and manufacturer guidelines.Notify the Lead Cleaner when supplies are running low or equipment requires service.Clean and sanitize all cleaning equipment after every use. QualificationsPrevious cleaning experience preferred, luxury retail or hospitality experience a plus.Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high presentation standards.Ability to work independently and follow instructions without constant supervision.Professional appearance and demeanor.Reliable, punctual, and adaptable to changing needs. Physical RequirementsAbility to stand, walk, bend, and lift to 30 lbs. for extended periods.Comfortable using ladders, step stools, and cleaning equipment. Schedule & PayPart-time position scheduled biweekly with additional shifts as needed.May include evenings, weekends, or early mornings depending on store hours.Pay: Competitive, based on experience.
