A top Twin Cities law firm seeks an experienced Paralegal/Legal Assistant for a permanent career opportunity. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing litigation cases, interacting with clients and other professionals, and contributing to all facets of client advocacy.
Responsibilities
• Manage electronic and hard copy case files organized
• Handle scheduling for hearings and depositions
• Coordinate medical examinations related to cases
• Procure necessary medical records for case progression
• Compile information for mediation and trial booklets
• Engage in thorough preparation for mediations and trials
• E-File documents with District Courts
• Communicate effectively with clients, insurance adjusters, and medical professionals
• Draft legal documents as required by the case
• Perform additional tasks as directed by the attorney.
