Wood Violet Recovery, an affiliate of Sunshine Behavioral Health, is a residential substance use treatment center offering hope and healing to adults aged 18–64. Nestled in the rolling hills of Dodgeville—just 45 minutes from Madison—we provide voluntary, private, and low-acuity care in a warm, client-centered setting.

We are looking for a compassionate, detail-oriented Overnight RN to join our team! This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a calm overnight setting and is passionate about making a meaningful impact in people’s lives.

As part of our medical team, you’ll provide essential nursing care, administer medications, process labs, and help implement initial detox treatment plans under the guidance of our Director of Nursing. You’ll work closely with our clinical staff to ensure safety, continuity of care, and compliance with all quality standards.

Schedule:
6:00pm-6:30am
Every other weekend required.

What You'll Do:
Execute detox and discharge planning protocols
Administer medications and monitor client health status
Communicate with providers and healthcare professionals
Educate clients on medications and wellness strategies
Document care thoroughly and accurately in client records
Support quality improvement and safety initiatives
Mentor and guide LPNs in complex care situations
Participate in patient transfers and follow-up care
What You’ll Bring:
Current, active RN licensure in Wisconsin
Communication skills and ability to explain care plans clearly
Experience/comfortability using EMR systems
Knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations
Calm, compassionate, and confident demeanor in an overnight setting
