Outside Sales Representative – Start on Commission, Grow to Salary + Benefits

Are you a motivated, ambitious sales pro ready to build a multimillion-dollar business from the ground up? Join our high-performance outside sales team, where you’ll start earning high commissions and advance to a salaried position with full benefits as our company grows.

What You’ll Do:

• Prospect in person (door-to-door/outside sales) to promote pressure washing, paver sealing, and property maintenance services
• Use leads, marketing support, and proven scripts to schedule estimates and close deals
• Build lasting relationships and become the “face” of Blast Away in your community
• Help us dominate our local market and set the foundation for a multimillion-dollar brand

How You’ll Be Compensated:

• Start on industry-leading commission (top reps can earn more than six figures as we scale)
• Hit clear targets to move up to a full-time salary role with health & dental, paid time off, and other benefits as the business grows
• Advancement opportunities into management and team leader roles as we expand

Who We’re Looking For:

• 1+ years’ outside sales, door-to-door, canvassing, or B2B experience preferred
• Results-driven, entrepreneurial, and eager to be part of something big
• Reliable transportation and strong communication skills required
• Excited by fast-paced work, personal growth, and the potential to help lead a world-class service team
