Our estate planning law firm is looking for someone who shares our firm's purpose of helping families plan for their future through wills, trusts and other legal instruments. We need someone who is friendly and organized.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, friendly and professional receptionist to join our team! You’ll play a crucial role as the face and first point of contact for our estate planning and probate law firm. We call this position the "Director of First Impressions!" We have great clients, and we are looking for someone who shares our vision for aiding people who need help with their planning and when a loved one passes away.

Responsibilities include answering phone calls, emails and texts as well as managing mail and deliveries, conference room set up and other assignments as needed to ensure a smooth and stress-free operation. $20 - $24 hourly

Director of First Impressions!

• Greet all with a warm welcome and a smile at the front desk!
• Patience and grit both on phone and in person with office protocols
• Ensure the correct people receive all relevant information
• Manage incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries
• Provide administrative support to team members with data entry, paperwork, copying, etc. as needed
• Prep conference rooms
• Review client intake before lawyer meeting



• Possesses strong customer service skills, interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and time management skills
• Well-versed in taking telephone calls and handling stressful situations
• 1+ year of front desk receptionist experience or related job experience preferred
• High school graduate, G.E.D. recipient, or equivalent
• Has previous experience with word processing programs and basic computer skills
