Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) administrator to join our team. As the Nurse Administrator, you will ensure our center maintains the highest standards of patient care, safety, and operational efficiency. Your role and responsibilities will be to serve as a lead for the ASC focusing on ensuring safe and effective daily operations, development and monitoring of quality improvement initiatives, following business ethics, and risk quality management.
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Promote the mission, vision, and values of the organization.
2. Responsible for guiding, managing, and overseeing personnel management from recruitment to termination, state and federal labor laws, and required documentation.
3. Maintain governance, licensure, certification, and accreditation.
4. Overseeing quality assessment and performance improvement program in a systematic, ongoing manner from setting annual quality improvement goals to prioritizing performance improvement projects, analyzing, and reporting the results.
5. Regulatory Compliance
6. Implement a systematic approach for reducing, eliminating, and managing all types of risk exposures
7. Oversees Facility Management and Emergency Preparedness
A. Monitoring, maintenance, and inspection of the ASC physical environment including the building and all equipment to ensure the safety of patients, employees, and visitors.
8. Responsible for monitoring the center's financial performance, evaluating the various costs associated with operations, monitoring revenue, and establishing cash flow practices.
9. Organizes and maintains Education and Training .

Requirements
Qualifications
Required:
• Bachelor's degree in nursing or RN required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality management, performance improvement, or healthcare administration
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and accreditation standards
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Preferred:
• Master's degree in nursing, Healthcare administration or related field
• Experience in an ASC or outpatient surgical setting.
• Certification in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ).
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and accreditation standards relevant to ASCs (AAAHC).
