Remote Pledge Drive Agent Opportunity 

We are looking for dedicated Remote Pledge Drive Agents to support our upcoming pledge drive!

Your Role:

• Handle inbound calls to assist with pledge drives for various non-profit organizations.
  
• No cold calling or donation solicitation—your focus will be on processing payments from incoming calls.
  
• Deliver reliable, high-quality support to every caller.
  
• Accurately document call details, resolutions, and any necessary follow-up actions.
  

Requirements

• 24/7 schedule availability 
  
• Minimum of 6 months call center experience 
  
• Must be able to type 40 WPM or higher
  
• Must be self-directed and self-motivated
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  
• Strong listening skills
  
• Must be able to complete certification within 10 days or less
  
• Must be able to pass a background check
  
• Must be able to service at least 20 hours per month
  

PC requirements:

• Hard-wired connection (no wireless)
  
• USB VoIP Headset
  
• Windows 10 or 11 with anti-malware and anti-spyware security software
  
• 2 GB RAM with Intel or AMD CPU 2GHz processor or equivalent
  
• Google chrome browser

Benefits

Pay rate averages about $15 per hour.
