Job Title: Multimedia & Graphic Designer

Position Description

Weris is seeking a Multimedia and Graphic Designer to join our team for a Health Information Technology contract (HIT). The position will require a passion for visual storytelling and the perfect candidate will possess a diverse skill set encompassing event photography, videography, graphic development for training purposes, podcast recording, audio editing, and video production.

This is a hybrid role with all work performed at a designated home location OR with work performed remote and onsite at the customer site located in Vienna, VA or at the Weris corporate headquarters located in Sterling, VA.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Conduct event photography & videography.
• Design and develop graphics for training materials on Blackboard.
• Record podcasts featuring relevant content and engaging discussions. Edit podcast audio to ensure clarity, coherence, and professional quality.
• Edit and produce compelling video content for National Health Institute (NHI) case studies.
• Develop creative and engaging video content for various purposes.
• Edit video and audio content to meet specified requirements and standards.
• Maintain and organize YouTube playlists for different.

Qualifications- Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, media, or a related field.
• Up to 3 years' experience as a graphic designer or in a related field.
• Demonstrated graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
• Computer proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• A strong eye for visual composition.
• Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• The ability to give and receive constructive criticism.
• A talent for creativity and problem-solving.
