Karna, LLC is a leading public health consulting firm dedicated to improving health outcomes through innovative solutions. We are seeking a talented Multi-Media Designer to join our team and contribute to impactful projects that make a difference.

Responsibilities:

• Produce graphic elements and work on visual materials for digital and print communication initiatives, including infographics, webpages, reports, and ads.
• Conceptualize and implement the design process of aesthetic concepts across projects.
• Receive and implement feedback from team leads and refine concepts.
• Ensure all materials comply with Section 508 accessibility standards, incorporating accessible design practices across both Adobe (InDesign, Acrobat) and Microsoft Office products.
• Support the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) by creating engaging and informative visual content that aids in public health communication and education.

• BA in related field, plus 7 years of experience in multi-media design or equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, InDesign, etc.
• Knowledge of the video post-production process, including editing pictures, sound, and animation.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Ability to work on several projects with simultaneous deadlines.
