✅ Process and manage a high volume of mortgage loan files from application to closing.

✅ Ensure all loan documentation is complete, accurate, and meets compliance guidelines.

✅ Communicate clearly and proactively with loan officers, underwriters, and clients to keep everyone informed.

✅ Work closely with borrowers to gather required documents and answer questions— in both English and Spanish .

✅ Identify and resolve issues that could delay closings, ensuring a seamless experience for homebuyers.

✅ Maintain up-to-date knowledge of mortgage guidelines, investor requirements, and compliance regulations.

✔ 2+ years of mortgage processing experience , with a strong understanding of loan guidelines and compliance.

✔ Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal communication).

✔ High level of organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills .

✔ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

✔ Excellent communication and customer service skills— our clients deserve the best !

✔ Experience with loan origination systems (Encompass, Calyx, or similar) is a plus.
