Job Description

Our client, manufacturing industry, is seeking a MIG Welder to join their team. As a MIG Welder, you will be part of the production department supporting welding operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, reliability, and a strong work ethic which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: MIG Welder

Location: Vandalia, MO

Pay Range: $22/hr

Shift: M-Th 6am-3:30pm

What's the Job?

• Weld brackets on the end of I-beams using MIG welding techniques
• Ensure quality and precision in all welds
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
• Inspect completed welds for defects and compliance
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

What's Needed?

• Experience with MIG welding required
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and safety consciousness
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company
• No minimum experience required, but prior welding experience is a plus
