**Job Title: Welder/Fabricator**

**Job Description**

We are seeking a skilled Welder/Fabricator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in pulse welding on various materials including carbon steel (hot rolled and cold rolled), stainless steel, and some aluminum. You will work primarily on structural parts, most of which weigh over 50-100 pounds. While there is a small production component (around 10%), most tasks involve one-off parts. You may need to run multiple passes and work without the aid of jigs or fixtures. Positions will vary depending on the project and could include vertical, horizontal, angle, and overhead welding. Overhead cranes are available, so you will not be required to lay on your back. Additionally, you may be asked to perform some grinding, fabrication work, and operate a shear. Flexibility to wear multiple hats based on the day's needs is essential.

**Work Site**

This is a fully on-site position in BECKER, Minnesota.

**Work Environment**

Well-established steel fabrication shop with three buildings in the area. The environment is a bit dirty and lacks air conditioning, reflecting a typical blue-collar shop setting.
