Job Title: Microsoft Planner and Copilot Consultant

Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy professional with expertise in Microsoft Task Management Tools (Planner) and Copilot to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing tasks and projects efficiently using Microsoft tools. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to streamline workflows to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize Microsoft Planner to create, assign, and manage tasks, ensuring timely completion and alignment with project goals.
• Leverage Microsoft Copilot to automate workflows, generate insights, and enhance productivity across teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
• Monitor task progress, identify bottlenecks, and provide solutions to keep projects on track.
• Generate reports and dashboards to provide visibility into task statuses and project performance.
• Train and support team members in effectively using Microsoft Planner and Copilot.
• Continuously explore and implement best practices for task and project management using Microsoft tools.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience working with Microsoft Planner and Microsoft Copilot.
• Strong understanding of task and project management principles.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in other Microsoft 365 tools (e.g., Teams, SharePoint, Outlook) is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Microsoft 365 or related tools.
• Experience in Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Background in project management or coordination roles.
