Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer Job Category: Engineering Time Type: Full time Minimum Clearance Required to Start: None Employee Type: Regular Percentage of Travel Required: Up to 10% Type of Travel: Local The Opportunity: As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer (PCF development), you will support a federal customer to perform mission-critical functions within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. You will be part of a business process re-engineering team comprised of process analysts, developers, testers, and organizational change agents seeking to re-envision the customer's current implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365. In this role, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of custom PowerApps Component Framework (PCF) components, enabling the organization to tailor their Dynamics 365 applications to their business needs. Responsibilities: Responsibilities include system integrations, custom code development, and 3rd-party application API integration. Help to develop and drive the standards, development processes, advise on some systems architecture, and design patterns to support IT and business solutions. Configure out-of-the-box workflows and create/maintain custom workflows. Configure application-related fields, forms, views, email notifications, acceptance roles, and access controls. Responsible for the solution that includes high- and low-level designs, data modeling, data integration, tool configuration, and customizations. Integrate with third-party systems/applications via APIs. Build reports, dashboards, and views. Administer the instance, including the delegation of groups, workflows, business rules, UI actions, UI policies, ACLs, dictionary, catalog items, and updates of all other existing solutions requiring revisions. Rapidly prototype new solutions to demonstrate Dynamics capabilities to clients. Collaborate with business users and stakeholders through design and implementation, including needs analysis and system requirements. Work with IT partners to design, configure, test, and deploy changes to CRM database entities, fields, screens, forms, workflows, reports, and dashboards. Define and refine methodology and standards for setup, design, and implementation of the application or technology to meet business and IT needs. Lead and/or contribute to technical design sessions.
