At Chase, you will focus on business results by offering options and finding solutions to help our customers. The Call Center Customer Service Account Specialist’s work is creative, exciting, and different every day.
As a Specialist I in Customer Service, you will use your sounds judgement to make decisions on open credit card dispute cases. The role also includes 30% phone work, making outbound calls to customers and merchants. By building a strong rapport with your customer, you will be able to make an impact on the business. Your passion for customer service, inner competitiveness will allow you to excel in our fast paced environment.

Work Schedule:
Candidates must be willing and able to work schedules during our operating hours, which may include evenings and weekends. Specific schedule information will be provided by the Recruiter.
This position requires that you attend paid classroom trainings as scheduled. Training hours may not coincide with your regularly scheduled hours.
