Job Description:

Join our dynamic team as a Medsurg/Tele Registered Nurse (RN) in Brockton, MA. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to provide high-quality care in a supportive environment. Key Responsibilities:

1. Deliver comprehensive nursing care to adult patients with varying medical conditions.
2. Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, responding to any changes in patient condition.
3. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
4. Administer medications, treatments, and other interventions according to physician orders and established protocols.
5. Educate patients and their families on disease processes, post-hospital care, and wellness practices.

Qualifications:

1. Active RN license in Massachusetts.
2. Current certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
3. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Medsurg/Tele unit or similar setting.
4. Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
