We're a modern, people-focused dental practice looking for a Marketing Coordinator who’s passionate about connecting with our patients and local community in fresh, authentic, and exciting ways.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• ✨ Creating fun, engaging social media content (Instagram, Facebook, Reels, Stories — you name it!)

• Gathering and sharing real patient stories (video + written testimonials)

• Planning and coordinating community events, sponsorships & in-office promos

• Helping craft email blasts + patient newsletters that people actually want to read

• ️ Keeping our marketing calendar on track and full of creative ideas

• Collaborating with our team to find new ways to stand out and show who we are

You’ll Thrive in This Role If:

• You're a strong writer and communicator

• You’re naturally creative and have an eye for photos, videos, and visual storytelling

• You’re organized, detail-oriented, and love bringing plans to life

• You genuinely enjoy connecting with people and building community

• You have some marketing experience (bonus if it’s in healthcare or dental!)

• You’re comfortable using tools like Canva, social platforms, and email software

Details:

• Part-time : 12–20 hours/week (some flexibility!)

• Hybrid : Option to work partly remote

• Occasional local travel for community events or photo shoots
