In this role, you’ll help product teams clarify goals, surface insights, and drive smart, user-focused decision-making across digital experiences. Key Responsibilities: Lead discovery efforts and stakeholder interviews to gather business and user insights Analyze research and data to shape strategy and direction Define user journeys, workflows, and experience frameworks Create strategic artifacts like briefs, roadmaps, and recommendation decks Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle Present ideas and strategies to internal teams and clients Qualifications: 3–5 years of experience in product strategy, UX strategy, or consulting Strong communicator with the ability to synthesize complex information Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and clients Comfortable working independently and managing ambiguity Experience with tools such as Lucidchart and Figma a plus Bonus: experience with SaaS or B2B digital products About Block+Tackle: At Block + Tackle, being a spoon won’t cut it.
