\n Position Title: Licensed Social Worker - Ambulatory Behavioral Health Manager (LMSW / LCSW) Department: Population Health Job Description:This position is for Ambulatory Social Work with either a team of case managers or a team of behavioral health clinicians. Generally responsibilities will be in the clinic/ambulatory setting.

Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Master’s Degree in Social Work required.
Experience: 4 or more years professional work experience, including 3 to 5 years progressive leadership experience required.
Licensure/Certifications/Registrations Required: Current Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) license from Oklahoma State Board of Licensed Social Workers as a Social Worker. Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) strongly preferred.
