Northrop Grumman Mission Systems (NGMS) has an immediate opportunity for a Manager, Electronics Engineering 1, supporting the Mission Systems organization. This is a dual-role position encompassing technical competency, and people leadership. This position is in Apopka, FL. The Manager, Electronics Engineering 1, will lead a team of 8-10 Electrical Engineers as direct reports. The position requires a high level of competency in Electrical Engineering as 75% of their time will be allocated to technical responsibilities as a direct contributor. This candidate will demonstrate a broad skill set that is balanced between interpersonal, leadership, and technical capabilities. They must be a self-starter, able to efficiently operate in a team environment, and collaborate across the sector business areas as required to accomplish the team goals. The candidate will work closely with other developers, and multiple engineering disciplines.

Salary Range: $112,200.00 - $168,200.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
