Job Title: Mail and Package Handler
Location- Beaverton, OR (onsite)
Duration- 7+ months (Temp)
Working day- Mon-Fri (7:30 am - 04:30 pm)


Provides operations support for high-volume copying, document imaging, mail management, and office equipment. Handles package delivery, mail distribution, and various building and office support functions. Requires extensive standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs.



Responsibilities:

• Operate high-volume copiers, document imaging systems, and related software.
• Perform binding, finishing, and basic copier maintenance; clear jams and maintain quality.
• Process, sort, deliver, and distribute mail and packages throughout the campus.
• Maintain logs, records, and inventory of supplies; calculate job charges as needed.
• Open, save, transfer, and manage files using MS Office, email, and document management systems.
• Assist with filing, purging, and archiving documents.
• Support meeting room setups, conference rooms, building moves, light maintenance, and occasional cleaning.
• Respond to service calls and customer questions regarding job status and feasibility.
• Use equipment such as paper cutters, bindery machines, shrink-wrap, fax machines, postage meters, calculators, and scales.
• Travel between buildings as required; maintain convenience copier areas neat and stocked.
• Work occasional nights or weekends as needed for emergencies.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED and 1-2 years of related experience.
• Customer service skills, self-starter, and good organizational abilities.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, bend, reach, and push/pull equipment up to 700 lbs.
• Comfortable using office machines, technical equipment, and PCs.
• Valid driver's license may be required.
• Dress code: casual, with Nike or unbranded shoes.
