• 2 weeks per month with weekday evening call 5pm - 7am
• One weekend per month 24-hour call, occasional second weekend
• 5 - 10 adult patients per day
• Standard thoracic procedures -- no robotics
• Admissions and rounding required
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
• We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
• We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
• Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
• Your specialized recruiter takes care of every detail
