Our client is seeking motivated and reliable Class A CDL Drivers to join their growing team in a full-time, local driving role. In this position, you'll play a key role in supporting sustainable agriculture by collecting bakery by-products and transporting them to be processed into livestock feed. No overnight travel - you'll be home every day!

What You'll Do:

• Operate roll-off straight trucks and semi-tractors with end dump, roll-off, and walking floor trailers

• Safely collect bakery waste from local facilities

• Deliver loads to the processing plant and assist in unloading

• Maintain accurate records and uphold company safety and operational standards

What We're Looking For:

• Valid CDL Class A License

• Minimum 3 years of safe commercial driving experience

• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)

• Comfortable with rotating shifts, weekends, and occasional overtime

• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check

• Roll-off experience is a plus

• Local candidates only

Pay & Benefits:

• $75,000 - $80,000/year starting wage

• Quarterly safety bonus + extra stop pay

• No overnight travel - home every night

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

• Rotating weekends
