Job Description
Service, program and test fire alarm and safety systems. Complete scheduled, routine or emergency calls on a variety of equipment and systems. Including, but not limited to, inspecting, adjusting, cleaning, calibrating and ensuring systems are in working order. Assist with start-up of new equipment or system installation and make adjustments to ensure fully functional system. Assignments handled in a safe manner and within time scheduled. Must be a licensed Fire Alarm Technician or Electrician with fire alarm experience.
Qualifications include: Licensed Fire Alarm Technician or Electrician with fire alarm experience in MA, applicants with both MA & RI License are a plus, valid driver's license, strong communication and customer service skills, able to work independently, follow directions and meet deadlines. Properly store tools, materials and equipment. Complete job reports in writing and on computer, use of company provided cell phone required. Punctual and dependable. Willing to be part of a rotating on call night/weekend schedule. Overtime when approved and needed.
