Our client Fellerman & Ciarimboli PC is looking to hire a part-time Legal Secretary Receptionist to join their team in Kingston, PA. Fellerman & Ciarimboli PC is a local trusted, multidisciplinary law firm that has been serving the legal needs of clients throughout Eastern Pennsylvania since 2000.
Job Overview
The Legal Secretary Receptionist will greet clients, answer phones, schedule appointments, handle administrative tasks, and perform basic legal clerical duties. This position requires a high level of confidentiality due to the sensitive nature of legal information handled.
Responsibilities include:
* Client interaction: Greet clients in person and on the phone, directing them to the appropriate staff member.
* Appointment Scheduling: Managing attorney calendars by scheduling appointments, rescheduling as needed, and sending appointment reminders.
* Phone Management: Answering and directing phone calls, taking messages, and transferring calls to the appropriate party.
* Administrative tasks: Maintaining client files, copying/scanning documents, distributing mail, and managing office supplies.
* Legal document preparation: Preparing basic legal documents such as correspondence and forms.
* Data entry: Entering client information into the firm's database.
* Accounting support: Assist with the various tasks in the accounting department.
* Confidentiality: Maintaining strict confidentiality regarding client information and legal matters.
