Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive executive support to multiple partners, including calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting preparation.
• Draft, proofread, and manage legal correspondence and documents.
• Liaise with clients, court personnel, and internal teams with professionalism and discretion.
• Maintain confidential files and records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Assist with billing, time entry, and expense reporting.
• Coordinate logistics for depositions, hearings, and client meetings.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a legal assistant or executive assistant in a law firm setting.
• Strong understanding of litigation processes and legal terminology.
