Leavy Schultz Davis, P.S. is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal or Case Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll be a vital part of our legal team, providing essential support to attorneys and helping manage a variety of personal injury cases. Key responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain case files from intake to settlement.
• Draft legal correspondence and documents, including demand letters and pleadings.
• Serve as a point of contact for clients, insurance companies, and other law firms.
• Manage a calendar of deadlines and appointments.
• Collect and organize medical records and other claim-related documents.
• Assist with various office projects and general legal assistant duties.

Helpful qualifications:

• A minimum of two years of experience as a paralegal, legal assistant, or case manager, preferably in personal injury
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong skills in Microsoft Word
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus but not required.
