Job Summary: A production position responsible for completing the entire window and door installation process per the customer contract.

Essential Job Responsibilities:
1. Arrive on-time to job site and in company uniform.
2. Review job packet to comprehend the scope of work to be performed.
3. Review delivered materials to ensure it is correct prior to start of project.
4. Meet with homeowner at start of job, always display friendly and professional demeanor to homeowner.
5. Prepare work area, use boot covers, drop cloths and keep work area clean and orderly throughout project.
6. Relay any concerns to Lead Installer and/or Project Manager.
7. Upon completion of work, review job to ensure it matches what was contracted.
8. Review operations with homeowner.
9. Collect payment due from homeowner.
10. Maintain regular contact with Production Coordinator before and after each job and at the end of the day's shift.
11. Provide time sheets to Production Coordinator daily.
Job Requirements:
1. At least 5 years' experience with installation and repair of doors, windows and siding.
2. Can work independently or in a team environment
3. Lifting and carrying equipment, materials and supplies from service truck to residence or job area up to 105 lbs.
4. Must be able to work with and use a brake
5. Ability to climb a ladder
6. Excellent oral and written communication
7. Detail oriented
8. Strong customer service skills
9. Ability to complete jobs within a timely manner
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $17.00 - $30.00 per hour
