IronMountain Solutions is looking for a Lab Manager to support our customerin Huntsville, AL.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the overall operations and execution of the Combat Aviation Brigade Architecture Integration Laboratory (CABAIL).
• Determining program requirements and providing technical support.
• Analyze and make recommendations to optimize programs, policies, procedures, and systems.
• Draft new or revised policies and procedures.
• Assess and advise government leadership on potential issues related to costs, schedules, and performance.
• Provide CABAIL Directory technical expertise with respect to planning, testing, and implementing new programs or systems.
• Identify and resolve issues and problems.
• Coordinate with supporting organizations and deconflict maintenance/configuration activities of aircraft/system System Integration Laboratory (SIL) and AMSA EcoSIL.
• Maintain daily operation status of each SIL and supporting CABAIL infrastructure equipment.
• Plan, manage, and execute facility upgrades and standard operating procedures.
• Assist the CABAIL Director in developing, collecting, refining, updating and reporting product metrics, significant activities, and risks.
• Analyze emerging technologies and capabilities for suitability for integration on Army aircraft.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use tools or controls; normal physical activity (reach with hands and arms; climb stairs); and communicate effectively with all levels of employees and leadership. The employee must occasionally lift or move office products and supplies, up to 25 pounds.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Education, Knowledge, and Experience:

• A bachelor's degree with 15+ years of related technical experience is required.
• Experience with networking hardware and software for Army applications.
• Experience with aircraft avionics systems.
• Strong organization and record keeping skills.
• Ability to successfully comprehend and adhere to technical and operational standards/processes.
• Must be able to effectively interact with Government customers and contractors.

Clearance Requirements: Must possess or have the ability to obtain an active SECRET security clearance.

Required Travel: 25%
