Responsibilities:

• Assist in defining project scope objectives and deliverables aligned with insurance business goals
• Support creation and maintenance of project plans schedules and resource allocations
• Monitor progress against milestones and track key performance indicators
• Coordinate with cross functional teams including development testing and infrastructure groups
• Maintain project documentation including risk logs issue trackers and change requests
• Ensure alignment with insurance regulatory standards and internal governance frameworks
• Facilitate reporting of project status budget utilization and delivery metrics
• Contribute to continuous improvement of project delivery processes and tools

Required Skills

• Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project Jira or Azure DevOps
• Understanding of insurance workflows including policy issuance claims processing and customer servicing
• Ability to manage dependencies track progress and escalate risks appropriately
• Familiarity with agile and waterfall delivery models
• Exposure to budgeting resource planning and stakeholder coordination
• Knowledge of compliance and data privacy standards relevant to insurance platforms
• Experience in supporting digital transformation or system integration projects
• Basic understanding of software development lifecycle and testing processes

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in insurance product development or operations
• Certification in project management methodologies such as PMP or Prince2
• Experience in life health or general insurance domains
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and enterprise systems used in insurance
