The Cary Company is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Jr. Graphic Designer to join our creative team. If you have a passion for design, a portfolio of your work, and a positive attitude, we want to hear from you!

 

*This is an onsite role that reports to our Addison, IL facility.*

What you'll do:

• Create a wide range of in-house collateral, including posters, newsletters, flyers, spec sheets, and corporate materials.
• Collaborate with external clients on labels, screen prints, logos, brochures, and other design projects.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute your creative ideas.
• Design promotional materials for company events and special occasions.
• Learn and grow as a designer under the guidance of our Art Director.
• Prepare quotes for external projects.

What you bring:

• A BFA in Graphic Design or equivalent experience.
• A strong understanding of Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to understand client needs.
• The ability to present your ideas persuasively and see them through to completion.
• A self-starter mentality and the ability to learn independently.
• A positive attitude and willingness to collaborate with others.
