Spearheaded by 5x World Series Champion Derek Jeter and serial entrepreneur Brian Lee, Arena Club has developed a fully digital marketplace. This innovative platform is built on trust, transparency, and fun, featuring grading & authentication, vaulting, and digital pack openings for collectors to build and showcase their collections in a personalized online showroom from anywhere in the world.

We are seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to join our in-house Marketing team and help bring the Arena Club brand to life across every visual touchpoint. You'll create assets for digital campaigns, product launches, social media, and events — translating big ideas into compelling visuals that resonate with collectors and fans. This is a hands-on role where you'll collaborate daily with our marketing, social, and content teams, contributing to both day-to-day production and larger brand initiatives as we scale.

• Design digital assets for social media, email newsletters, product launches, and digital ads
• Collaborate with marketing and brand teams to ideate and execute creative concepts
• Support brand and content initiatives with visuals for events, partnerships, and creator collaborations
• Maintain a consistent visual identity across all channels
• Prepare production-ready files and ensure assets are optimized for web and mobile

You have a strong eye for composition, typography, and detail, and you love creating clean, scroll-stopping designs that perform well in the wild. You're organized, responsive, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-output environment.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Marketing, or a related field
• 1–3 years of professional graphic design experience (agency, in-house, or freelance)
• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator (After Effects and Figma a plus)
• Portfolio that demonstrates strong design fundamentals across digital channels
• Experience creating assets for social media, email, and digital marketing
• Excellent sense of typography, color, and layout
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

• Passion for sports, trading cards, or collectibles
• Experience working in a fast paced, high growth startup environment

Location Requirements:

• Onsite in our LA office 5 days a week
