What You’ll Do as a Junior Fundraising Associate: Represent trusted nonprofit organizations at live fundraising events and outreach campaigns Engage with the public, share powerful stories , and inspire individuals to become donors Maintain accurate records of donor interactions and contributions Collaborate with a supportive team to meet and exceed campaign goals Assist with event setup, coordination, and on-site logistics Attend regular training sessions and field coaching to sharpen your communication skills Act as a compassionate advocate for causes that matter Who We’re Looking For: Strong interpersonal and communication skills A genuine passion for nonprofits, community work , or social causes Comfortable initiating conversations in public settings Friendly, professional, and team-oriented Eager to learn and grow with a positive, can-do mindset Available for flexible shifts , including some evenings and weekends No prior fundraising experience is needed —just bring your energy and enthusiasm, and we'll provide the training!
