What You’ll Do:

• Maintain and enhance integrated financial models and forecasting tools.
• Lead financial modeling and cash flow forecasting efforts to support planning and performance monitoring.
• Assist in annual budget planning and long-term financial projections.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and presentations for leadership.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and uncover trends and opportunities.
• Conduct variance, trend, and profitability analyses to support operational strategy.
• Build and improve controlling tools related to costs, operations, sales, and logistics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support decision-making through financial evaluation.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement efficiency initiatives.
• Document workflows and assist in knowledge sharing and training when needed.

What You Bring:

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 1–4 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a related function.
• Experience with financial modeling and cash flow analysis.
• Public accounting experience is a strong plus.
• Experience in the chemical industry is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial systems (e.g., SAP, Power BI).
• Excellent communication skills — both verbal and written.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and work both independently and as part of a team.
