Responsibilities:
Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable
Prepare journal entries and support month-end close
Reconcile bank and credit card statements
Maintain and organize financial records
Support audits and internal controls
Help with expense reports and employee reimbursements
Perform data entry and maintain accuracy of the general ledger
Assist the accounting team with ad hoc projects

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
0-2 years of accounting experience or relevant internship(s)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with accounting software is a plus
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Eagerness to learn and grow in the accounting field
Excellent communication and time management skills
