We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Account Representative to join our expanding team in Montgomery, AL. In this entry-level role, you will support senior account managers in maintaining client relationships, managing account operations, and helping deliver tailored staffing solutions. Responsibilities
Assist in managing and developing client accounts
Prepare proposals and assist in contract negotiations
Support the onboarding and coordination of placed candidates
Conduct research to identify new client leads
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client communications
Participate in meetings with internal teams and clients
Help resolve any client-related concerns in a timely manner
