Polous is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Account Representative to join our expanding team. You will work closely with clients, internal teams, and senior representatives to ensure account satisfaction and consistent results.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing client accounts, ensuring all needs and expectations are met
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication
• Support the implementation of customized account strategies
• Conduct market research and generate client reports
• Coordinate with internal departments to meet client objectives
• Track account performance metrics and report updates to senior managers
• Resolve client concerns in a professional and timely manner
• Attend training sessions and team meetings to continuously build skills

Qualifications
