Workstation Setup: Configure installations and set up user profiles on new Windows workstations.PC Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve general PC issues. IT Help Desk Support: Provide technical support and assist users with IT-related issues. Microsoft 365 Suite: Support and troubleshoot issues related to Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.Linux Knowledge (a plus): Working knowledge of Linux is beneficial but not required. Language Skills (a plus): Bilingual in English and Spanish is an advantage. Qualifications:Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in IT Tech Support. Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and networking. Experience with configuring and setting up new Windows workstations. Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve general PC issues. Familiarity with Microsoft 365 suite of applications. A team player with excellent communication skills. Bilingual (English & Spanish) is a plus.
