Overview

The IT Recruiter plays a crucial role in the organization by sourcing, attracting, and evaluating IT candidates for various technical positions within the company. This position is responsible for building a strong talent pipeline and ensuring that the best technical talent is identified and hired to support the organization's IT needs.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop recruiting strategies.
• Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., professional networks and social media).
• Screen IT resumes and job applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct technical interviews and assess candidates' relevant knowledge and skills.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and technical assessments.
• Provide a positive candidate experience through clear communication and timely feedback.
• Manage and update the internal applicant tracking system with candidate information and hiring status.
• Collaborate with the HR team to onboard new IT hires effectively.
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future opportunities.
• Stay abreast of IT industry trends and best practices in technical recruitment.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter or IT Recruiter in a remote setting.
• Demonstrated understanding of technology stacks, programming languages, and IT roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with candidates and stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools for IT recruitment.
• Ability to assess technical skills and evaluate candidate qualifications effectively.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and HR databases.
• Understanding of employment laws and regulations related to technical recruitment.
• Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership for the recruitment process.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a dynamic, remote environment.
