IT Project Manager – 9-Month Contract (Hybrid, Downtown Seattle)

Pay rate: $55-60/hr

Contract duration: 9+ months

We are seeking two experienced IT Project Manager to lead critical technology initiatives for our team. This hybrid role requires onsite collaboration in downtown Seattle (Tuesday–Thursday), with remote work on Monday and Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage moderately complex IT projects, ensuring adherence to budget, scope, and schedule
• Develop comprehensive project plans, track milestones, and manage risks
• Oversee stakeholder communications, ensuring alignment between business goals and technical execution
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, providing guidance and maintaining accountability
• Establish project governance frameworks, ensuring transparent reporting and decision-making

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• 4–6 years of experience in IT project management
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Expertise in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies
• Proficiency in MS Project, Smartsheet, Azure DevOps, and budget tracking

Preferred Experience:

• PMP or SAFe certification
• Familiarity with IT infrastructure, SDLC, and enterprise software implementations
• Ability to drive continuous improvement and process optimization
