The Opportunity
- Up to $150K sign on bonus for qualified candidates

- Current IN state license is a plus

The Practice
Union Hospital Terre Haute
Terre Haute, Indiana
- A 316-bed facility
- Level III Trauma Center
- Union Hospital is Primary Stroke Certified and an Accredited Chest Pain center
- Schedule: 7 on, 7 off
- Day shift with night call

- Terre Haute is home to many higher education institutions including Indiana State University and Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology
