Job Description

• Job Title: Instructional Media Clerk
• Dates of Program: June 10 - July 24 (Mon-Thur)
• Instructional Hours: Session 1: 8:00am - 10:00am
  Session 2: 10:00am - 12:00pm
• Working Hours: 2 hours per session + 15 mins for
  transition per session
• Rate of Pay: Per Diem

• After applying to this posting, the Teaching and Learning office will work with the Building Principal to recommend candidates to Human Resources for hire.
• The candidate name will be on an employment report that is approved by the School Board.
• The candidate will then receive an email confirming the hire and providing information regarding the onboarding requirement.
• Hire letters must be signed prior to the first day of the summer school session.
• All summer school employees will enter time worked into Timecard Online.
