Instructional Aide – School-Based | Carlsbad, CA | Up to $22/hr | 2025–26 School Year

Covelo Group is hiring School-Based Instructional Aides for the 2025–26 school year in Carlsbad!

What You’ll Do:

• Provide classroom support to teachers and staff
• Assist with lessons, activities, and student supervision
• Work one-on-one or in small groups with students
• Help track progress toward IEP or 504 goals when needed
• Support students during transitions, lunch, or recess

What You’ll Need:

• High school diploma or GED
• 48 college units completed at an institution of higher education or obtained an associate’s or higher degree
• Prior experience in a school or childcare setting (preferred but not required)
• BLS certification preferred but not required
