Responsibilities:

• Experience and demonstrated ability in working with children.
• Strong attention to detail, timelines, and great multi-tasking skills.
• Self-motivator and problem solver.
• Excellent communicator and shows confidence in building and maintaining relationships with children and parents.
• Ability to photocopy, print, file, and compile necessary data entry.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Assist in classrooms with lesson plans, under the RIELD Standards.
• Someone wants to advance in their career.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass national criminal background/fingerprint check.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Do you want to make extra money by referring a child to any of our locations will earn 75 dollars a child
