The client is currently seeking a qualified individual to fill the role of Industrial Electrician at the Empire State Mine site in northern New York State. The candidate must be willing to relocate and work 510hour shifts with 2 days off per week. Skills

Responsibilities

• Run cable/wire/communication
• Mount Jboxes control boxes switches boxes mechanical installation
• Read and follow prints
• Test/troubleshoot circuits motors fans controllers VFDs transformers
• Complete all terminations and splicing including high voltage splices
• Develop knowledge of hoisting/crushing operations and troubleshoot as needed

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant industrial electrical experience
• Strong comprehension skills for instructions and safety mandates
• Willingness to relocate to the area for a 5 on 2 off work week

Education Requirements

A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred with additional certifications in electrical systems a plus.
